General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. scope of application

Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes and is not acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs, on the other hand, are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with SAABO Cosmetics. By placing the products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. You have the option of placing products in the shopping cart without obligation and correcting your order before sending it. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking on the order button. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order.

3. contract language, contract text storage

The contract language is German. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. terms of delivery

Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You will be informed of the shipping costs during the ordering process. We only deliver by mail order; it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

5. payment

Various payment methods are available in our store, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, BillPay and Klarna. Please refer to the order process for details of the individual payment methods.

6. reservation of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. transportation damage

In the event of obvious transport damage, we ask you to make a complaint to the carrier immediately and to contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint will not affect your legal claims, but will make it easier for us to enforce our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

8 Warranty and guarantees

We are liable for defects in the delivered goods in accordance with the statutory provisions. Information on any additional guarantees can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online store.

9. liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, as well as within the scope of warranty promises and under the Product Liability Act. In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to the foreseeable damage that must typically be expected to occur.

10. dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find on its website. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
